Responsibilities

• Design and create visual content across digital and print mediums: email, social media, digital campaigns, guides, signage, brochures, postcards, and sales enablement collateral
• Design customer-branded materials (upon request) including catalogs and flyers
• Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms
• Assist with maintaining the content calendar and campaign timelines
• Design branded marketing materials including graphics, presentations, flyers, and promotional assets
• Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns through content creation
• Coordinate content requests across internal teams
• Monitor social media engagement and provide basic performance reporting
• Ensure brand consistency across all content and channels
• Assist with photo sourcing, content organization, and asset management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, design/content creation, and/or social media
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite)
• Strong presentation, written communication (spelling, grammar, language), and self-editing skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment to meet deadlines
• Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with co-workers, customers, and vendors with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude

Preferred

• Design portfolio is preferred
• Knowledge of foodservice related items and brands is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
