Job Summary

Own content strategy and cross-functional storytelling to drive demand, retention, and brand authority for TrackVia, with a tight loop on SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery.

  • Own content strategy and editorial lifecycle from planning to launch, aligning with growth objectives and campaigns.
  • Oversee creation of blog, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, emails, social, events, and sales enablement while preserving voice and SEO standards.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, CS, and Demand Gen to translate tech concepts, build customer stories, and optimize performance with SEO/GEO and AI trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Content Creation & Management: Produce and oversee high-quality content including blog articles, case studies, whitepapers & eBooks, website copy, email campaigns, social content, event presentations, sales enablement materials, video scripts, and webinar content; ensure brand voice and SEO/GEO optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product to translate technical concepts into customer messaging; work with Sales and Customer Success to create stories and enablement assets; coordinate with demand gen for integrated campaigns.
  • SEO, GEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize content for SEO and GEO, conduct keyword research, monitor metrics, and stay ahead of AI-driven search trends.
  • Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership: Shape the TrackVia brand narrative across channels and develop stories that highlight customer success and industry expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a content, marketing, or communications role.
  • Understanding of SEO/GEO principles, content analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar.
Preferred
  • Technical writing experience (preferred).
  • Experience creating content for B2B SaaS or technology companies (preferred).
