Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Substack
  • Collaborate on content creation, balancing original writing and repurposing
  • Build and manage email campaigns in ActiveCampaign
  • Own DM communication across platforms with a thoughtful, relationship-first approach
  • Support conversion through authentic conversation, not scripts
  • Track engagement and performance, refining execution over time
  • Maintain organized content systems and workflows

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in content, social media, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Substack
  • Interest in women’s health, midlife care, and functional health

Preferred

  • Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar tools preferred
