  • Outbound and handoff: run LinkedIn outreach to generate conversations and ensure clean handoff to the pipeline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You are the top of our funnel. You create and distribute the content that gets people to discover us, and you open the conversations that turn strangers into interested leads. You will own recurring publishing rhythms — a newsletter, a webinar, and an external contributor platform — plus our daily social presence. When someone raises their hand, you pass them to our pipeline team. You make interest happen; you do not chase the sale.
  • Recurring rhythms you will own • Biweekly LinkedIn newsletter — produce, format, and publish a newsletter on LinkedIn every two weeks, drawn from Nathan’s material and voice — our flagship recurring demand-generation piece.
  • • Biweekly webinar with Greg Magnuson — format, structure, and promote the recurring lead-generation webinar co-hosted by Nathan and Greg Magnuson. Build the promo and registration assets, then repurpose the recording into content. (Nathan and Greg present; you run everything around it.)
  • • C-Suite Network contributions — regularly post and upload Nathan’s contributor content to the C-Suite Network (founded by Jeff Hayzlett), where Nathan is a contributor — keeping a steady, active presence on the platform.
  • What you will do day to day • Content production — edit video and produce social content — reels, clips, graphics, carousels.
  • • Podcast — edit and publish each podcast episode, produce show notes and clips, and post it across platforms.
  • • Social media — schedule and publish across our platforms, with LinkedIn as the anchor.
  • • Outreach — run outbound LinkedIn messaging to open new conversations and grow reach.
  • • Lead generation — bring new leads in across virtual platforms.
  • • Repurposing — turn long-form content — podcast episodes, talks, webinars, the newsletter — into a week of short content.
  • • Clean handoff — the moment someone shows real interest, hand them to our pipeline team. You generate raised hands; you do not work the pipeline.

Requirements

  • A real content creator — strong video and podcast/audio editing plus graphic skills (Canva or similar), with a portfolio.
  • Publishing experience — you have run social platforms, and ideally newsletters or webinar promotion, for a brand or client — not just yourself.
  • A human voice — you can write and create content that sounds like a real person and never like generic AI output.
  • Judgment with AI tools — you use them to draft and then heavily refine — never copy-paste to publish.
  • Reliability and ownership — you organize your own week and nothing slips — especially the recurring deadlines.
  • Brand fit — you are comfortable creating for an openly faith-driven brand.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, fully remote.
  • Reliable daily overlap with US Central time.
  • Dependable internet and equipment for editing and uploading.
