Content Creator (YouTubers)

Responsibilities

• Develop original video concepts built around toys, plushies, and characters.
• Create simple stories and visual jokes that hold viewers’ attention.
• Stage scenes, arrange props, and move toys and plushies to bring characters to life.
• Film content with thoughtful framing, lighting, backgrounds, and camera movement.
• Edit footage using pacing, sound effects, music, and captions to strengthen the story.
• Adapt social trends into playful, family-friendly videos
• Collaborate with the creative team, respond to feedback, and keep projects organized.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Practical filming and video-editing skills.
• A strong sense of humor, visual storytelling, and timing.
• Resourcefulness with props, sets, and everyday materials.
• The ability to work independently and follow through from idea to finished video.
• Patience and attention to detail when staging scenes and capturing the right shot.

Preferred

• Experience with toy videos, puppetry, stop-motion, miniature sets, or product photography is a plus, but not required!
• We’re especially interested in people who can make an ordinary object feel like a character.
