Content Creator & Social Media Strategist

Responsibilities

• - Collaborate with Business Development and management to develop social media strategies and define goals.
• - Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• - Capture and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), long-form videos (YouTube), lifestyle and action photography featuring our products.
• - Source high performing affiliate partners, creators, and brand collaborators aligned with our target demographic to expand product reach.
• - Respond and interact with day-to-day social media engagement.
• - Identify emerging trends and integrate into social content across social platforms.
• - Track and analyze performance metrics and use results to increase SEO.
• - Stay current on social media tools and best practices.
• - Schedule & Benefits:
• - May require some overnight/weekend travel to events in order to capture creative content

Requirements

• - Proven photography and videography skills (shooting & editing).
• - Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• - Working familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• - Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• - Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite and video creation).
• - Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• - The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of firearms. All candidates will need to be comfortable taking photos/videos in a regulated range environment around firearms.
• - Experience using Night Vision is a plus.
