Job Summary

Own end-to-end content creation for social channels as a Creative Content Creator and Designer, from filming to posting and campaign design.

  • Own filming, editing, and posting of short-form content across TikTok and Reels.
  • Must-have: proven social content creation, especially TikTok-style videos.
  • Standout: full-spectrum creator with design, email graphics, and AI-assisted workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Film and create TikToks, Reels, and other short-form content
  • Edit videos and photos using Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed
  • Design graphics for social media, ads, promotions, and campaigns
  • Create and design email blasts and social media (graphics + layout + basic copy)
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns across social, email, and web
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Use Generative AI tools (for content ideas, visuals, captions, and workflow efficiency)
  • Come up with content ideas and stay on top of trends
  • Shoot product photos (equipment and setup provided)

Requirements

  • Experience creating social media content (especially TikTok)
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
  • Good eye for design (layout, color, typography, etc.)
  • Comfortable on camera and able to represent the brand
  • Creative, reliable, and able to execute quickly
  • Strong communication and ability to collaborate
  • Ability to commute to Massillon, OH 44646 (Required)

Preferred

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Product photography experience
  • Understanding of analytics and performance metrics (social + email)
  • Experience growing social media accounts
