Job Summary

Drive branded video creation for a medical aesthetics brand with hands-on filming, editing, and in-person collaboration in Los Angeles.

  • Film, edit, and deliver on-brand video content (Reels/TikTok) and educational clips.
  • Direct providers on camera and tailor content for brand-specific campaigns.
  • Based in LA with in-person filming availability.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly content plan
  • Film high-quality video content (Reels, TikTok, educational clips)
  • Develop creative concepts, hooks, and trending ideas tailored to our brand
  • Edit and deliver polished, on-brand video content
  • Assist with posting strategy and content calendar
  • Capture before/after treatments, behind-the-scenes, and provider-led education (in-clinic)
  • Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to the medical aesthetics/wellness space

Requirements

  • Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare content (preferred)
  • Strong videography + editing skills (iPhone or camera-based)
  • Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok content that converts
  • Ability to create non-generic, brand-specific content
  • Comfortable directing providers on camera (posing, speaking, flow)
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Based in Los Angeles and available for in-person filming

Preferred

  • Experience working with med spas, injectors, or wellness brands
  • Knowledge of HRT, peptides, or functional medicine content
  • Graphic design and light copywriting skills
  • Experience growing or managing social media accounts
