Job Summary

Own the end-to-end organic social engine for Yerbaé, owning content creation, publishing rhythm, creator network, and trend-driven campaigns that move views, engagement, and TikTok Shop revenue.

Content Creation & Channel Ownership: produce, film, edit, and publish daily short-form content across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats.
Creator & Affiliate Network: recruit, brief, and manage creators and affiliates to seed campaigns and drive product discovery.
Trend-driven Execution & Metrics: monitor internet culture, test formats, and optimize based on performance to grow audience and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, film, edit, and publish short form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
Produce 3–5 pieces of content daily
Stay on top of social trends, memes, sounds, and platform updates
Develop content concepts that drive engagement, awareness, and sales
Capture lifestyle, product, founder, customer, and behind the scenes content
Occasionally appear on camera and direct others on camera
Turn trending moments and cultural conversations into relevant brand content quickly
Own day to day management of all social media channels
Schedule and publish content
Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience creating content for brands or personal social channels
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short form video content
Proven ability to create engaging content that drives views and engagement
Experience filming and editing content using an iPhone and tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Highly organized and self motivated
Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
Strong understanding of internet culture and social trends

Preferred

Experience in beverage, wellness, fitness, food, or consumer packaged goods
Experience managing TikTok Shop
Experience growing a personal creator account
Experience working with influencers and affiliate programs
Ability to design simple graphics and social assets
Experience creating viral or high performing organic content
