- Develop and execute social media strategies for client accounts.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, and other video content.
- Develop content ideas based on client goals, target audiences, and current trends.
- Handle video production from concept and scripting through shooting and editing.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate social media execution.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
- Analyze content performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective content.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related role.
- Must be Los Angeles-based/local and available to work in-office during the training period.
- Proven experience developing social media strategies for brands or clients.
- Strong video shooting and editing skills.
- Portfolio is mandatory, with a strong focus on video work.
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
