Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive website traffic and lead generation – Create and optimize content and SEO strategies that attract visitors, increase qualified leads, and support investor matching on our AI-powered platform
Conduct content creation and research – Write blogs, landing pages, case studies, and educational resources on private capital trends, backed by in-depth research into industry insights, audience needs, and FinTech innovations
Develop SEO strategy and execution – Perform keyword research, implement on-page and technical SEO, analyze performance metrics, and refine approaches to enhance search visibility and rankings
Handle visual communication – Design engaging infographics, visuals, and multimedia elements to support content and campaigns, enhancing user experience on our platform
Ensure operational clarity – Organize and refine existing content/SEO efforts, establish structured plans like content calendars, and implement best practices for consistency and efficiency
Perform regular SEO audits – Identify technical issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors, then optimize website structure for better performance
Build link-building strategies – Conduct outreach to influencers, partners, and industry sites for backlinks, boosting domain authority in the private capital space
Analyze competitors – Research rival SEO and content tactics in FinTech and private markets to identify opportunities and differentiate Alpha Hub's voice
Manage content calendar – Plan, schedule, and oversee editorial timelines, ensuring timely publication of high-quality, SEO-optimized materials
Execute A/B testing – Test content variations, headlines, CTAs, and SEO elements to maximize engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

Excellent writing and research skills with confidence in crafting compelling narratives
Comfortable with SEO tools, data analysis, and virtual collaborations
Strong creative abilities for visual and multimedia content
Interest in FinTech, private equity, or content marketing (experience preferred but not required)
Familiarity with SEO platforms, graphic design software (e.g., Canva), or analytics tools is valuable
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
A confident communicator with a professional presence
Able to travel occasionally and thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred

Degree (or in progress) in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), content management systems (WordPress), and graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva)
Familiarity with content in investor relations, fundraising, or private capital markets is a plus
