- Own shoot-to-edit workflow for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Strong outdoor videography/photography with a performance-focused portfolio.
- Drone and hospitality/travel content skills are a bonus.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more
- Capture guest interactions, reactions, and authentic moments throughout the resort
- Create day-in-the-life and behind-the-scenes content featuring staff and guests
- Produce short-form video content built around trending sounds, challenges, and formats
- Film and edit polished highlight reels for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings
- Shoot adventure content, including alpine coaster POVs, river footage, and zipline rides
- Develop photo and video assets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the home office team on content calendars and social strategy
- Track content performance and use insights to inform future content direction
- Travel to in-state camp resort locations as needed for content capture
