Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, X, and Facebook, posting multiple times per week as needed.
  • Partner closely with social media leadership to ensure content aligns with strategy, stakeholder priorities, and approval workflows.
  • Capture content at brand, marketing, and industry events and represent the brand on camera when appropriate.
  • Produce a wide range of media formats including short-form video, photography, GIFs, montages, and live content.
  • Identify and act quickly on trends, cultural moments, and emerging formats that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, licensing, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Optimize content by platform to maximize reach, engagement, and shareability.
  • Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and evolving audience behaviors.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience creating social media content, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to translate narratives into compelling social content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, creative mindset with openness to feedback.
  • Genuine interest in entertainment, storytelling, and online communities.

Preferred

  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or PowerPoint.
  • Experience engaging directly with online communities or fandom-driven audiences.
