Job Summary
Build and optimize a gym content engine by producing short-form video, supporting podcast content, and coordinating local partnerships to drive membership and member engagement.
- Content Production: film and edit Reels, TikToks, and clips inside the gym.
- Community & Partnerships: coordinate local partnerships and events to boost awareness and visits.
- Engagement & Measurement: maintain the content calendar, engage with members, and track performance to inform iteration.

Requirements
