Responsibilities

• Content and social media:
• - Plan, film, and edit short-form videos showcasing furniture, new arrivals, customer experiences, and our team.
• - Manage our local presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• - Maintain a content calendar targeting three original reels and two additional posts per week, plus stories on five days per week.
• - Write captions and calls to action that encourage inquiries and showroom visits.
• - Monitor comments and messages and coordinate customer inquiries with the sales team.
• Paid advertising:
• - Create, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• - Test creative, audiences, and offers within an agreed budget.
• - Track campaign performance and recommend ways to improve results.

Requirements

• Based in the Phoenix area and available for approximately two showroom visits per week.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video and social content.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Comfortable handling content from initial concept through filming, editing, and publishing.
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Able to work independently and bring new ideas.

Preferred

• Experience marketing a retail or local business is a plus.
