Responsibilities

• Source sub-10K-follower creators at volume, using signals like email-in-bio
• Run new creators through our 30-day skill assessment and decide who earns a permanent spot
• Brief creators clearly, review every draft against the brief, and give fast, specific feedback
• Stay in constant contact with your roster so nothing goes quiet or slips
• Take feedback from clients and Creative Strategists and turn it into changes across your roster quickly
• Flag breakout organic posts for paid amplification
• Spot client expansion opportunities that count toward your bonus

Requirements

• 1–3 years in creator, influencer, UGC, or community management. Recent grads with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• A strong understanding of short-form content on TikTok and Instagram
• Comfort with high volume and fast turnarounds
• Highly communicative. You over-communicate by default with creators, clients, and the internal team. You respond quickly, follow up without being asked, and never leave someone guessing.
• Detail-oriented. You catch the off-brief hook, the missing disclosure, and the late post before anyone else does.
• Strong at applying feedback. When direction changes, you adjust immediately and make sure your whole roster does too.
