Job Summary

Own the end-to-end video content creation for a business audience, turning shoots into social assets that fit brand and campaign goals.

  • Content production ownership: Film, edit, and deliver interview-style videos and short-form social content that align with brand and strategy.
  • Collaboration and scheduling: Work with marketing to execute content strategies and deliver assets on schedule.
  • Platform-ready storytelling: Edit for pacing and format across Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

  • Capture professional headshots and team photos
  • Film and edit interview-style videos
  • Create short-form social media content and trending video formats
  • Develop engaging reels and promotional video content
  • Edit footage with attention to pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency
  • Organize and deliver final assets on schedule
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to execute content strategies

Requirements

  • Experience with photography and videography
  • Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
  • Ability to create modern, engaging content for social media platforms
  • Understanding of current social media trends and short-form video formats
  • Reliable transportation for local content shoots in Fairfax, VA
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Portfolio showcasing photography and video work
