Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality organic content for Meta platforms.
- Monitor social trends daily and pitch ways to integrate retail products into relevant cultural moments.
- Execute quick-turnaround content requests, moving from strategy to “final deliverable” with efficiency.
- Work directly with the Social Media Supervisor to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Manage your own workflow to meet deadlines.
- Stay organized with assets, ensuring all raw and edited files are delivered according to team standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience creating content for a brand, agency, or high-growth personal channel.
- A portfolio or social handle link that demonstrates your skill in lighting, framing, and rhythmic editing.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or similar desktop editing suites.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take creative direction and run with it.
Preferred:
- A background in or passion for the retail industry is highly preferred.
