Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit photo and video content for use across marketing channels
• Create assets for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing needs
• Produce content suitable for web, social, email, and paid media
• Maintain consistency in visual style and brand presentation
• Create and adapt content for product pages, email, landing pages, and paid ads
• Design and build marketing content that supports campaigns and product launches
• Ensure content is optimized for performance across different platforms and formats
• Support testing and iteration of creative to improve engagement and conversion
• Help plan and execute content needs aligned with marketing priorities
• Organize and occasionally coordinate larger shoots with external partners or creators

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in content creation, creative, or a related field
• Strong skills across photo, video, and editing
• Experience creating content for digital marketing channels (web, social, ads, email)
• Ability to develop creative concepts, not just execute production
• Portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and execution
• Comfortable appearing on camera for product walkthroughs, social content, and brand storytelling, or open to developing that skill
• Strong organization and ability to manage projects from concept to delivery
• Location: Kent, Washington

Preferred

• Interest in outdoor, camping, or overlanding is a plus
