ABOUT TAMPA BAY BOATING ADVENTURES
Tampa Bay Boating Adventures (TBBA) is the fastest-growing boating excursion startup in the Tampa Bay area. Founded in 2022, we show local university students and young adults the side of Tampa Bay most people never get to see: private beaches, exclusive islands, tiki bars, and bleach-white sand accessible only by water. From relaxing sunset cruises to full-blown Gasparilla parties on the water, TBBA is the name when you want to party on the bay.
Our brand is loud, unapologetic, and 100% Florida. Every photo, video, and post on our social media has been created by an intern. Your work goes live, reaches thousands of real followers every week, and lives in your portfolio. This is not a coffee-and-copies role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shoot photos and videos on monthly content shoots and trips
- Produce 1 content piece per week following our theme-based calendar (Scenic, Party, Sunset, etc.)
- Attend the first Monday evening of each month for our dedicated content shoot
- Create engaging, trend-forward posts that stay timely and relevant
- Represent TBBA at occasional brand events
- Curate playlists for onboard trips
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled as a Freshman or Sophomore (required)
- Fluent in current trends on Instagram (primary) and TikTok
- Background in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or communications
- Flexible schedule, as some trips and events fall on weekends
- Genuine love for boats, the sun, social media, and a good time on the water

We are your five-star rated party boat! âââââIf you're looking for the most fun you can have on the water in Tampa, you're in the right spot. The best parts of Tampa are only accessible by water - including white sand beaches, party islands, and hidden gems throughout the Tampa Bay. We'll party the day away during our 4, 6, and 8-hour party boat cruises! No need to worry about who's going to drive the boat; we have you covered. All trips include a licensed captain while you and your friends party. Other charter boats have old, crusty captains. Nobody likes that. We have a young, fun crew! Think pontoon boats are lame? So do we. We have a 26' deck boat with more room than you'll know what to do with. Can't party with a quiet bluetooth speaker, so we installed a top-of-the-line sound system. Like we said, THIS is the party. Bring your friends and see how Tampa REALLY parties!
