Story Engine: translate real tech and productivity problems into engaging demos and short-form videos.
Optimization: test formats and CTAs to lift reach, engagement, signups, and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create UGC videos, product demos, tutorials, and viral short-form content.
Be comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally.
Act as a HyberX brand ambassador across social platforms.
Turn real tech/productivity problems into engaging video stories.
Create hooks, captions, scripts, CTAs, and trend-based content.
Show how HyberX helps users with software, dashboards, workflows, online tasks, and computer-related problems.
Test different video formats to improve reach, engagement, signups, and conversions.

Requirements

Student, recent graduate, or aspiring content creator.
Comfortable being on camera.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Good understanding of technology, AI tools, productivity software, and online workflows.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and relatable way.
Knowledge of viral content structure: strong hook, clear problem, quick demo, result, and CTA.
Understanding of how Instagram and TikTok algorithms work: retention, watch time, replays, saves, shares, comments, captions, keywords, and engagement signals.
Ability to create content that feels natural, not like a traditional ad.

Preferred

Ideal Candidate: loves being on camera, understands social media trends, enjoys technology, and wants real startup experience by building content for an AI productivity product.
