Job Summary

Own the content governance and digital merchandising workflow for online storefronts, aligning cross‑functional teams to keep site updates accurate, optimized, and on trend.

  • Content systems and audits: establish linking, cataloging, and handoffs across content updates.
  • Merchandising & UX collaboration: partner with Marketing, Creative, and Front‑End to improve discoverability and on‑site experience.
  • Performance and testing: track content metrics and support A/B testing with Digital Operations and UX.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and assembling site content, including pulling gazettes, organizing contact sheets, archiving and cataloging weekly site updates, creating linking documents, and supporting the execution and management of ongoing content updates.
  • Support the Merchandising team and their strategies to improve product discoverability and customer engagement.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Front-End Development teams to ensure a seamless online experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital merchandising and content execution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems for content linking, tracking, and cataloging to support smooth content handoffs and efficient site updates.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to ensure content accuracy, functionality of links, and imagery usage.
  • Track content performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Assist the Digital Operations team and Sr. Manager of User Experience with A/B testing initiatives to support site and content optimizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in e‑commerce, digital marketing, online merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to organize, track, and manage content accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of website analytics and customer behavior to help support content decisions and optimize the customer journey.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Relentless commitment to quality and efficiency.

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Must have a creative eye for trends and flair for upcoming trends.
