Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, senior centers, churches, and community organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with social workers, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral partners.
• Distribute company brochures, business cards, and marketing materials.
• Represent Prestige Elite Living at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up visits, phone calls, and emails with referral partners.
• Maintain a detailed outreach log documenting daily marketing activities.
• Schedule meetings and introductions for the Administrator.
• Assist with social media content, community engagement, and local marketing initiatives.
• Track referrals and provide weekly marketing reports.
• Maintain a professional image while representing the company.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel throughout Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Sales, healthcare, or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
