Community Relations Coordinator - Regional Center Services (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Regional Center Relationship Development
• * Build and maintain professional relationships with IRC Service Coordinators, supervisors, resource-development personnel, and other appropriate contacts.
• * Introduce Taylored Care’s services, service areas, and confirmed availability to Regional Center professionals.
• * Attend relevant provider meetings, networking opportunities, and community events.
• * Establish consistent, professional communication with IRC personnel while respecting Regional Center policies and procedures.
• Community Outreach & Resource Development
• * Develop relationships with local disability organizations, family resource centers, community programs, and workforce-development organizations.
• * Identify opportunities for collaboration that improve service accessibility and community engagement.
• * Research local service needs and identify opportunities to strengthen Taylored Care’s presence.
• * Represent Taylored Care professionally throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages, verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Professional judgment, reliability, discretion, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfortable attending in-person meetings, provider events, and community activities.
• Ability to travel locally throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft 365, and electronic documentation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Current or previous employment with a California Regional Center, preferably Inland Regional Center (IRC).
• Experience as a Regional Center Service Coordinator, Service Coordinator Supervisor, Community Services professional, Resource Developer, or in a related position.
