Job Summary
Own the local referral engine and community education for Caring Transitions in Morris/Essex counties, turning outreach into partner relationships, workshops, and qualified leads.
- Develop referral relationships and pursue partnerships with senior-serving professionals and organizations.
- Represent Caring Transitions at industry events and community gatherings to raise visibility and create opportunities.
- Meet with prospective clients and families to understand their needs and guide them to services; coordinate workshops and events.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop new referral relationships throughout Morris and Essex Counties
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with senior-serving professionals and organizations
- Create and coordinate educational workshops, networking events, and community presentations
- Represent Caring Transitions at industry events, professional associations, and community gatherings
- Meet with prospective clients and families to understand their needs and introduce our services
- Support proposal development and follow-up activities
- Help grow our visibility through social media, local networking groups, and community engagement
- Track outreach activity, referral partner development, and business opportunities
Requirements
- Lives within 10 miles of Parsippany, NJ. Must be a local NJ resident.
- Backgrounds that may translate well include:
- Business development
- Community relations
- Senior living sales
- Real estate
- Healthcare outreach
- Marketing and event management
- Chamber of Commerce or nonprofit leadership
- Professional association management
Preferred
- Existing relationships in Morris County, Essex County, or surrounding communities are a strong plus.
