Community Manager

StellaPop is recruiting for a leading coworking office space provider who has an immediate opening for a Community Manager/Sales in Las Colinas. This coworking operator is looking for an experienced salesperson who ideally has coworking sales experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong sales experience with a can-do attitude to get a brand-new center off the ground.

You will:

• Generate profitable new business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local markets in order to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct tours, with a goal of converting prospects into customers by effectively listening and selling the entire product range.
• Prospect to generate leads through local companies, partnerships, and commercial real estate brokers.
• Effectively manage, lead, and continuously update HubSpot throughout the sales process.
• Proactively manage the renewal strategy with an aim of maximizing retention, renewal increases, and center profitability.

Key Position Requirements:

• 2-3 years of work experience, in a sales-related role (bonus for coworking experience)
• Experience with HubSpot and Yardi
• Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at a high level and build strong business relationships
• Proven objection handling, prospecting, and negotiation skills
• Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision
• College degree preferred
