Why This Role Is Different

Spira’s earliest users are also our most important word-of-mouth surface. We need a senior community manager who can stand up Discord, run AMAs and office hours, and turn the most engaged users into a self-running advocate network.

What You’ll Do

• Run Spira’s Discord and community presence on X / Reddit
• Engage with users daily — answer questions, surface bugs, escalate feature requests
• Run AMAs, office hours, and community events
• Identify and develop power users into advocates and beta testers
• Surface insights to product, engineering, and the CEO weekly

Who You Are

• 3+ years in community, customer success, or DevRel at a B2B SaaS, AI, or creator-economy company
• Track record of growing a community from zero
• Strong written and video communication
• Empathetic without being a doormat

Bonus Points

• Background in social media, gaming, or creator-economy communities
• Light coding or product knowledge so you can debug user issues yourself
