Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Coordinate patient admissions and pre-admission assessments
• Promote facility services through community outreach and marketing
• Act as a liaison between families, hospitals, and facility staff
• Support census development and business growth objectives

Requirements

• Prior marketing experience is required
• Healthcare / skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
• Ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing admission practices.
• Knowledgeable in the use of computers, e-mail, spreadsheets and document word processing.
• Liaison: 1 year (Required)
