Job Summary

Own the regional referral network and brand presence for FYZICAL clinics by building relationships with physicians and community partners, traveling to sites, and driving coordinated marketing initiatives that improve referrals and KPI tracking.

Expand referral sources and community partnerships across Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Lafayette, and Alexandria.
Coordinate clinic marketing efforts, report KPI progress, and ensure timely follow-ups and expense accuracy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
Conduct in-person marketing visits and follow-ups within assigned territory
Represent FYZICAL at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Coordinate marketing initiatives with clinic leadership and administration
Track outreach efforts and referral activity- On Outfield App.
Support brand awareness and growth across all assigned locations
Travel regularly between Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Lafayette, and Alexandria clinics (Lafayette is the hub facility)
Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain accurate expense accounts
Monitor and report on set KPIs

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable working independently and on the road
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities

Preferred

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, and/or business development is preferred.
Familiarity with the local Louisiana healthcare market is a plus
