Responsibilities

• Attend Chamber events, BNI meetings, networking events, school events, community fairs, and local gatherings
• Introduce Guidepost to referral partners, including schools, pediatric offices, churches, nonprofits, youth programs, physicians, attorneys, and local businesses
• Follow up consistently after events, meetings, referrals, and introductions
• Maintain a simple, organized referral-partner and outreach tracker
• Help coordinate outreach for Guidepost workshops, groups, parenting programs, and community events
• Support booths, presentations, open houses, and local partnership opportunities
• Create and schedule simple social media and community-facing content
• Gather photos, stories, ideas, and updates from the Guidepost team
• Help identify where Guidepost needs to be present in the local community
• Represent Guidepost with warmth, maturity, professionalism, and discretion

Requirements

• Experience in outreach, marketing, hospitality, event coordination, education, nonprofit work, customer service, business development, or community engagement
• Are comfortable with Canva, social media, basic video, email, and Google Workspace
• Have reliable transportation and can attend some early-morning, evening, or community events
• Can work independently while staying aligned with clear priorities and weekly goals
• Care about helping families access meaningful mental health support
