Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Community Growth Lead on our platform, you will cultivate and grow a community of individuals based on shared experience.
  • You will actively reach out to communities to bring them to the experience knows platform and provide value in a community setting consisting of engaging content, and support.

Requirements

  • Lived Experience (Required): You must have successfully navigated and overcome your own lived experience
  • Resilience & Stability: You should be in a place of current stability and wellness, with the emotional capacity to hold space for others who are still in the midst of their struggle
  • Previous success growing communities: You should have successful experience in building large followings and peer based groups.
