Job Summary

Own event planning and budgeting to maximize brand exposure and drive member and community awareness, while stewarding loyalty programs and member experiences; and negotiate sponsorships and venue terms to optimize costs for community events.

  • Event Portfolio: Plan budget and activities to amplify TFCU brand and promote services to members.
  • Membership Programs: Oversee loyalty initiatives and the mobile ATM experience to boost retention and engagement.
  • Partnerships & Costs: Negotiate sponsorships and facility pricing to manage costs for events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and budgeting for TFCU’s community and member events by maximizing the exposure of the TFCU brand and promoting our services to our members and generate member and community awareness of the TFCU brand
  • Overseeing the member segment and member loyalty programs and the mobile Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
  • Negotiating contracts and prices for event sponsorships and use of select facilities to determine cost associated with each member and community event

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a field related to business or marketing
  • Two combined years of experience related to marketing, promotions, customer loyalty programs and/or coordinating community events
  • Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education
  • Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority

Preferred

  • Financial institution experience is preferred
