Supports Truist’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair and Responsible Banking objectives by developing and maintaining partnerships with nonprofit, faith‑based, trade, and community‑based organizations that serve low‑ and moderate‑income and underbanked geographies across the Truist footprint. Delivers community education and engagement activities focused on homebuyer education and financial literacy.
This role focuses on capacity‑building, education, and access rather than business development, and does not source or manage sales‑driven outreach opportunities involving builders, realtors, or direct production partnerships. Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure community activities support regulatory requirements, strengthen community trust, and expand access to financial tools and resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To comply with the Maryland pay transparency statute and for work locations in Maryland only, the annual base salary for this position is $76,000 to $95,000. Additional incentive pay is available for this position.
