Job Summary

Own the community outreach engine: build relationships, run events, and drive fundraising and awareness for underserved patients through partnerships, content, and donor programs.

Community Engagement: Build partnerships and represent the clinic at events to expand access and visibility.
Fundraising & Partnerships: Develop campaigns, sponsor outreach, and donor stewardship to improve financial sustainability.
Content & Branding: Create newsletters, flyers, and stories while keeping messaging consistent across platforms.

Job Description

Build and maintain relationships with community partners, local organizations, and stakeholders
Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and outreach opportunities
Develop outreach strategies to increase patient access and community awareness
Coordinate volunteer engagement related to outreach initiatives
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote clinical services and impact
Create content including newsletters, flyers, and impact stories
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
Support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts
Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships

Experience with CRM systems or email marketing platforms
3+ years of experience in nonprofit development, marketing, community outreach, or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with creating events from ideation to commercialization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Passion for community health and serving underserved populations

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Relationship builder and community connector
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Creative problem solver
