  • Engagement & Partnerships: lead outward engagement strategy (fundraising events, community partnerships, communications, social media) to deepen donor involvement.
  • Donor & Partner Engagement: strengthen visibility, build trust with the community, and create pathways for donors, sponsors, and partners to deepen involvement.
  • Events & Fundraising: plan and execute fundraising, stewardship, and community engagement events.
  • Sponsorship & Partnerships: manage corporate sponsorships and community partnerships.
  • Donor Stewardship Alignment: ensure events are aligned with donor cultivation and stewardship goals.
  • Brand & Communications: manage organizational messaging, storytelling, and brand consistency.
  • Social & Digital: oversee social media channels and digital engagement strategy.
  • Content & Storytelling: develop content calendars and coordinate impact storytelling with program staff.
  • Collaboration with Philanthropy: collaborate with the Manager of Philanthropy & Stewardship to convert events and digital audiences into donors.
  • Analytics & Optimization: track engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and conversion.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, events, or community engagement required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must have strong project management and event planning skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital content required.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or human services organizations preferred.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and time-management skills.
  • Computer and database management skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to communicate and effectively interact with a diverse population.
  • Collaboration and teamwork.
  • The ideal candidate will be required to meet all background checks and medical clearances required for the position.
