Own content creation for Community Education channels and formats, turning policy and program details into accessible materials for families across website, social, catalogs and flyers.

Responsibilities: Create and design content for multiple Community Education marketing vehicles including website, social media, catalogs, and flyers.
Requirements and assets: Translate district guidelines into clear, engaging materials with attention to accessibility and branding.
Preferred tools and skills: Use Adobe Creative Suite, video production/editing, and digital photography to produce assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

This position writes, develops and designs content for a variety of Community Education marketing vehicles and publications including but not limited to, website, social media, catalogs, flyers, etc.

Requirements

Minimum of a 2-year certification in communication, graphic design or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the District
Experience Requirements: Three (3) years' experience in similar position/essential duties of position

Preferred

BS/BA degree in Communications or marketing, community education, or related field
Experience in budget supervision
Knowledge of Community Education relevant statutes, rules, and policies
Experience with video production and editing
Experience with digital photography and editing
Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Benefits

Eligible for benefits as negotiated with Professional and Technical and District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime or comp time.
