Job Summary

Own and launch Balor Games’ community hub on Discord, building infrastructure, channels, and a creator beta ecosystem that drives wishlist momentum and live engagement during launch.

Platform ownership: Discord server structure, rules, bots, moderator network, launch playbook.
Creator and influencer integration: beta-key programs, seed tiers, Firstlook integration, wishlist engine.
Launch momentum and community signals: livestream planning, UGC contests, real-time sentiment feeding back to marketing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and brand the official Discord server from zero: server structure, rules, bot integration, role hierarchy, and beta-key flow.
Stand up core channels: beta-keys, clips-of-the-week, find-a-crew, dev-updates, and suggestions.
Identify and vet volunteer moderators across NA, EU, and APAC time zones.
Author the launch community playbook: standardized responses for FAQs, bug reports, and crisis scenarios.
Community goal: 20,000 Discord members by launch, with a 50,000 stretch.
Creator beta-key program ( firstlook.gg )
Own the free beta-key program end to end through firstlook.gg: vetting and real-time tracking.
Coordinate creator seed tiers (NDA, agency mass-distribution, public, and Steam Playtest).
Run the closed-beta gate to drive Steam wishlists and operate community challenge mechanics.
Use firstlook.gg -to-Discord integration to onboard verified creators and testers.
