Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with realtors, brokerages, apartments, property managers, commercial properties, builders, restoration companies, vendors and other referral partners.
• Attend Chamber, networking, real estate, community and industry events throughout DFW.
• Stay connected with existing partners while developing new relationships and opportunities.
• Follow up consistently and turn introductions into meaningful long-term relationships.
• Represent Firehouse Movers professionally at meetings, events, partner visits and throughout the community.
• Look for creative, cost-conscious ways to build relationships instead of relying only on paid sponsorships, lunches or events.
• Record short-form videos, reels, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
• Visit scheduled moves and company activities when appropriate to capture authentic photos, videos and stories.
• Capture content at community events, partner locations and company activities.
• Help tell real Firehouse Movers stories involving our employees, customers, services, partners and community.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout DFW
• Comfortable with a mobile, field-based workday
• Comfortable appearing in company photos and videos
• Strong phone, written and face-to-face communication skills
• Reliable follow-through and professional communication
• Familiarity with AI and the ability to comfortably use AI tools in daily work
• Ability to attend frequent early-morning networking and community events, along with some evening and weekend events
• Ability to maintain organized records of contacts, follow-ups, opportunities and results
• Daily activity and performance reporting is required
