RedCloud seeks a Executive & Organizational Communications Strategist to support immediate client operations. Overview: The Executive and Organizational Communications Strategist leads the planning and delivery of executive level and organizational communications programs. This role is responsible for designing and orchestrating high impact campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and internal community programs that drive alignment, engagement, and clarity across a distributed organization. This position owns the end to end execution of recurring communications rhythms, leadership messaging, and community engagement efforts. The role serves as a central connector between leadership, program owners, and the broader field, ensuring two way communication and consistent, high quality messaging. Success in this role requires strong program management, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams at once. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan, schedule, and execute recurring leadership and community meetings such as manager forums, all hands sessions, and quarterly updates Manage meeting logistics across time zones while avoiding conflicts with major organizational events Coordinate agendas, speakers, and content to ensure sessions are well structured and aligned to objectives Prepare and brief executives and presenters on goals, key messages, and audience expectations Drive attendance through clear and timely communications including invitations, reminders, and recaps Publish post meeting materials such as recordings, presentations, and summaries that highlight key takeaways and actions Continuously gather input to ensure meeting topics remain relevant and valuable Draft and distribute internal communications including announcements, newsletters, program updates, and recap messages Write concise post event summaries that capture decisions, actions, and links to resources Support executive and leadership communications through ghostwriting, talking points, or campaign messaging as needed Build and maintain presentation decks that integrate content from multiple contributors Review and edit submitted content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with communication goals Maintain templates and style guidance to support a consistent voice and tone across communications Design and manage project based communications campaigns tied to strategic initiatives Partner with stakeholders to shape thought leadership narratives and messaging frameworks Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling stories for broad internal audiences Ensure campaign deliverables are delivered on time and meet quality standards Act as a primary point of contact for community and field inquiries Monitor and engage in internal collaboration channels, encouraging participation and knowledge sharing Proactively gather feedback through surveys, polls, and open forums Synthesize insights from feedback and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities Share field perspectives, success stories, and best practices with leadership and program owners Maintain a centralized calendar of communications, community events, and leadership sessions Manage invitations, reminders, and audience targeting for communications and meetings Maintain accurate distribution lists and channels, auditing membership regularly Own shared content repositories, ensuring assets are organized, current, and easy to access Manage permissions and version control to ensure users access the most up to date materials Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong program and project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and audience relevance Demonstrated experience supporting executive or leadership communications Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across teams and time zones Experience working with collaboration, content management, and communications platforms High attention to detail and strong quality assurance skills Ability to synthesize feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements Comfortable serving as a central point of contact for a large and distributed audience Self directed, organized, and able to operate effectively in a fast paced environment Compensation range for position is $ 121,500 – 148,500 DOE.
