Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the division and its team members, setting a clear vision and direction.
  • Build a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, holding leaders accountable to KPIs, and ensuring strong ownership at every level.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly, fostering transparent communication and cross-team collaboration.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development to build a scalable, high-retention team.
  • Own the full P&L for the B2C division, including Events, Passports, and market-level performance across DFW and SATX.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across all business lines, including ticket sales, product sales, and audience monetization.
  • Partner with Sales to align inventory and performance goals, ensuring our product ecosystem and sponsorship offerings deliver a high-quality experience for both our audience and our clients.
  • Ensure each market and product line is operating efficiently and contributing to overall division targets.
  • Manage and allocate the divisional budget, maintaining a clear view of available capital for each team while guiding leads on the strategic use of funds to ensure maximum ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Define and lead the long-term strategy, ensuring alignment across content, events, and products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in media, marketing, or consumer-facing businesses, with a track record of owning and growing multi-channel initiatives across content, events, or products
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a business level, including contributing to or owning revenue growth, budgeting, and performance outcomes
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution across multiple channels or markets
  • Proven leader who can develop teams, create clarity, and hold others accountable to high standards
  • Ability to oversee complex workflows and build systems that support scalable, high-quality execution
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, media trends, and local marketing, with an instinct for what drives engagement and participation
  • Financial acumen, including comfort managing budgets, forecasting performance, and making profitability-driven decisions (or the ability to quickly build this skillset)

Preferred

  • Experience managing teams of 5+ is preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Slack, Shopify, and Canva is helpful, but not required
