Job Summary

Support the organizations communications program by coordinating planning, editorial content, and strategy.

  • Own communications planning, project timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Must have a bachelor22s degree and 1+ year writing, editing, and coordination.
  • Strong storyteller with AP style expertise and ability to work with executives and clinicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field
  • One (1) or more years of experience in writing, editing and production coordination.
  • One (1) or more years of previous experience in marketing, communications or public relations role.
  • Excellent writer and communicator who has the ability to demonstrate impeccable judgment, creativity, intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Clear and engaging writer who understands how to tailor information and content for various target audiences.
  • Ability to run consistent communications activities that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
  • A quick and enthusiastic learner skilled at prioritizing, managing and completing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
  • Deadline-oriented, responds well under pressure, has a strong attention to detail, great follow-up and reporting skills.
  • Solid experience working with digital communication tools and adept at experimenting with and learning new communication technologies.

Preferred

  • Hospital or healthcare experience.
