Job Summary

Own internal communications storytelling and multi-channel delivery, translating complex health system information into clear, engaging content for clinicians and corporate staff, while leading production and cross-department coordination to ensure timely, consistent messaging.

  • Content ownership: Content Creation and Storytelling across newsletters, blogs, campaigns, and leadership messaging.
  • Multi-Channel Execution and Production: Design, publish, and manage email, intranet, Slack, signs, and media production including video and podcasts.
  • Editorial Operations: Central coordination of requests, editorial calendars, and cross-department alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Storytelling: Develop clear, engaging, and mission-aligned content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, announcements, blogs, campaigns, and leadership messaging.
  • Multi-Channel Communication Execution: Design and deploy communications across multiple channels, including email, intranet, text messaging, and digital platforms based on audience segmentation, urgency, and organizational priorities.
  • Photography, Video, and Audio Production: Capture and produce visual content across facilities, events, and team environments to support internal communications.
  • Communication Project Management: Serve as a central coordination point for communication initiatives across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of communications experience, preferably in healthcare and/or with a government contractor
  • Strong background in writing and digital content development
  • Strong storyteller with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Experience in design, creating simple visuals and graphics
  • Insights-driven problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Adobe applications
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Highly motivated and willingness to collaborate with a team
