Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and lead the execution of the organization’s communications strategy
  • Create and manage high-quality content across all communication channels
  • Develop materials to support program initiatives and staff needs
  • Produce donor-facing communications, including direct mail appeals, annual reports, and newsletters
  • Collaborate with program staff to capture and elevate impact stories
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s website, ensuring content is current and engaging
  • Oversee social media strategy and day-to-day management across platforms
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and plans using data driven insight

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related role
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, including photos and videos
  • Experience managing multiple communication channels & campaigns
  • Strong project management & organizational skills
  • Basic design skills and experience with Canva, Constant Contact.
