- Assist with coordinating communication between departments and team members.
- Support preparation and organization of internal documents and reports.
- Help maintain accurate records, schedules, and communication logs.
- Ensure clear and consistent information flow across teams.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to supervisors.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
