Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events, fundraising campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Engage with the public, donors, and event attendees to increase awareness, participation, and community support
Support the preparation and management of promotional materials, event logistics, and communication content
Track engagement metrics, participation levels, and campaign performance to help optimize future events
Collaborate with team members on training, coordination, and project execution
Contribute creative ideas to improve event outreach, messaging, and campaign impact

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred but not required
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or administration is a plus but not required
