Job Summary

Own the museum’s communications cadence across social media, press listings, and email to turn calendars into consistent audience touchpoints.

Social/Content Cadence: Maintain the Social Media Calendar and craft Canva assets for promotions.
Newsletter and Lists: Design weekly informational newsletters and manage email lists for communications.
Public Communications Strategy: Plan for upcoming classes and events and collaborate with Museum Team Leaders to sharpen messaging across channels.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and implement Social Media Calendar
Create, maintain, and implement Press Release/Listings Calendar
Design and send weekly informational newsletters
Use Canva to create promotional materials
Maintain email lists for communications
Anticipate and implement public communications for upcoming classes and events
Work with Museum Team Leaders to strategize for enhanced effective communication strategies
