Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and team members
• Represent our clients and partner brands in a positive and professional manner
• Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Communicate product, service, and promotional information clearly to customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the community
• Assist with presentations, demonstrations, and promotional events
• Support marketing and communication campaigns
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Work with team leaders to achieve daily and weekly campaign goals
