Job Description
- Assist in communicating campaign messaging to customers during events and promotions
- Represent client brands with professionalism and clarity
- Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and event activities
- Provide information and answer customer questions in a friendly manner
- Help maintain consistency in brand messaging across all interactions
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Gather customer feedback to support campaign improvements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus
