Responsibilities

• Lead the remarketing process for large commercial and agribusiness accounts.
• Review renewal strategies and identify opportunities for improved coverage, pricing, or carrier fit.
• Analyze current coverage forms, endorsements, pricing, and exposures.
• Prepare complete carrier submissions for renewal remarketing opportunities.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and wholesalers to obtain the most competitive terms.
• Compare quotes and identify coverage differences between carriers.
• Present recommendations to Account Managers and Producers.
• Maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters.
• Monitor carrier appetites and underwriting changes.
• Meet agency service standards and turnaround expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Package, Property, General Liability, Auto, Umbrella, Workers' Compensation, Inland Marine, and Agribusiness insurance.
• Experience marketing large commercial accounts preferred.
• Ability to interpret policy forms and identify coverage gaps.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain).
