Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ship 100s of remixed videos per week using our own product
  • Launch affiliate program and get first 50 affiliates
  • Test and scale 3 paid channels, find CAC ≤$80
  • Build dashboard: CAC, LTV, Payback, MRR, affiliate revenue
  • Hire clipper + UGC lead + affiliate manager

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS / AI-tools / creator economy / traffic arbitrage, US market 0→1 or 1→10
  • Hybrid: performance marketing + viral organic. You live in dashboards, but can write a hook
  • Hands-on: you launched campaigns yourself, not via agency
  • Knows affiliate/CPA world (Partnerkin, Affonso etc.)
  • Comfortable with creator economy including AI UGC / OFM verticals
  • English B2+ for US market
